Bare bones experience

Was taken aback by the lack of amenities at the Extended Stay. Had to ask ask for hangers, mo housekeeping service, no ice machine, wifi below standard. Others who stayed during the weekend were extremely loud and combative at all hours.

Won't be back

Pros: Working AC, running water, and cable TV.
Two roaches upon entering the room, unkempt landscape and exterior, uncomfortable pillows, and no designated smoking areas anywhere.

Good Enough

Cons: The facility could use some pressure washing and new landscaping to make it inviting.
Exterior of property is very dirty. Hotel was NON SMOKING hotel, our room smell musty and smokey. You have hotel guess standing with the doors to the room open while they are smoking. There were signs every where that there is NO SMOKING anywhere around the property.

Hurricane Irma retreat

Pros: Staff was extremely nice!
Cons: Parking lot flooded, so perhaps drainage could be improved
The hotel never lost power during the hurricane! Staff was extremely accommodating to those of us escaping the hurricane.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The cleanliness of the room, the smell. Basically everything.
Location: It's near the University of Florida
The room had a distinct smell, also the sheets had other people's hair in it and stains. Also, the pillow cases seemed dirty so my daughter slept on her arms throughout the whole night, making sure her head didn't touch the bed. The ironing board in the room was broken, so ironing our clothes was very difficult. The hotel was for sure very overpriced, I'd say the most I've should've paid would be $85. Overall, the stay and hotel was very disappointing.

Not want expected

Had no idea that this was an outside access hotel. Also there were people in the parking lot every day and watched us as we came and went so did not feel really safe. Hotel staff was wonderful, especially Margaret who greeted us when we arrived very late in the middle of the night and gave us a better accommodation with a floor level room, so we didn't have to go up/down the stairs. There is a small elevator. Room very small - we had to pull the bed away from the air conditioning unit to properly cool the room. Would not repeat visit.
