Never again. My room was unclean and in terrible condition. Some lights and outlets were not working. The stairs and walkways to my second floor room were dirty. The common areas were unkept. There were people "hanging out" in the walkways until very early a.m. hours. Although I had no actual safety issues, I felt unsafe. And I never feel that way. All that said, the desk clerk who checked me in-- Anna-- was friendly and welcoming and efficient and did a great job. But everything after my experience with Anna was negative. I recommend razing this property and rebuilding around her.

First room was filled with smoke and the second room we got had BUGS! The place was a mess, from the dirty fridge, to the smell and even bugs in the bed we couldn’t stay. The staff was very sweet, which is the only positive.

@ 10:11, staff said housekeeping once then attempted to open my door without waiting for a response. Check out is 11. I could have been naked, etc. The security lock was in place. The explanation given was sometimes ppl check out early. Where is the communication with the front desk?! If I haven’t checked out, there’s no valid reason to enter my room.

The entire facility was very dirty. Pet stains in the carpet, nothing in the room has ever been wiped down or sanitized. The grounds were even dirty, with dog droppings and landscaping rock in the parking areas. I understand it's an old hotel, but cleanliness is missing.

Run! The bathroom was filthy--urine around the toilet bowl and someone else's toothpaste around the faucet. I complained and was told it would be cleaned. I returned that evening and it wasn't. No kitchen items--there is a sign that you can ask for things, but they never did come through with a dish drainer after they said they would bring one up to my room. I felt very unsafe. There was a sleeping bag and someone's belongings on the stairway stoop between the floors. And people were drinking and smoking on the balcony right next to my room 3 of the 5 nights I was there. There were cars in the parking lot that looked like they had been abandoned--falling apart and filled with stuff. None of the outlets in the kitchen area worked. The living room floor was badly stained. You have to take your own trash out to the dumpster. The only nice thing I have to say about this Extended Stay is that Brian, possibly the manager, came right away when I complained the second time about the bathroom, and cleaned it himself.

Front desk check in person was very rude and condescending with an attitude. Asked to speak with the manager and was refused. Then instead of putting a normal provisional"hotel hold" for the incidentals they ran it as an actual charge and then refunded it back after check out which took 3 days to be refunded. Worst hotel experience in my experience.

The room was nice…. The grounds are terrible, abandoned vehicles, bags of garbage outside waiting to be moved, All three decks needed sweeping or blown off. People loitering around outside listening to their music. The smell of weed was in the air when we came back from dinner. Breakfast consisted of coffee with creamer, oatmeal, and Muffin so all this added up to a big reason why we will never go back. Are the other ESA properties like this one?

This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. Filthy is an understatement. The furniture is all carved up. The carpet and chairs are covered in stains. I couldn't hardly sleep I was so worried about what creatures I might be taking home with me. I immediately looked for another hotel but nothing else was available at a reasonable price at such short notice.

I was there for two hours after late checkin when a man started banging and screaming at the door. Called the front desk and said to call the police while hearing the guy in the background. Zero concern for our safety as customers. I had to check out and drive two hours in the middle of the night to find another hotel! Waiting for them to refund me! Never felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in a place.

Paid in advance for a queen room. Put us in a double. Dresser/nightstand looked as if a dog chewed on it. Drawers were hanging off. Refrigerator door was rusty and looked as if someone urinated on it. Shower curtain was moldy. Someone very obviously smoked in the bathroom. When the fan turned on it made the entire room smell of cigarette smoke. The bed skirts had unidentifiable drips/stains on them. Lots of loitering in the parking lot. The trash bins at the bottom of the stairs smelled of urine. Over many decades of traveling the country I’ve stayed with this brand. Never have I had to cancel and leave. The woman at the front desk was sweet and pleasant but the female manager was rude and unwilling to help. Thank goodness Expedia customer support stepped in and assisted.

This hotel use to be my goto when traveling. Not so much anymore. First of the room was not clean, the bed were not made properly, the bathroom shower curtain was moldy. With respect to kitchen, all of the plates, utensils etc were located at the front desk. Annoying but i get it. However, how do you not have pans and cookware unavailable? Seriously, make sure you have enough for all the rooms.

Electrical outlets did not work, remote control device did not work there were drugs being done and the next door unit they're just bad people hanging around, met a policeman who said she had to remove two people recently. Hotel showing its age...in every way. Furniture looks old...refrigerator rusty and generally old looking. I75 is Very close and noisy. Desk staff mostly friendly if approached. Pieces of trash get walked past and not picked up by anyone after many days.

Needless to say I don’t know how this place is open! There were roaches in the tub, floor, sink, and everywhere they could freely roam. Dirty qtips on the floor, there was hair on the counter and fridge, all appliances were rusted just some spots spray painted over. We laid down for 3 hours before we just felt so itchy and had to leave.

The room was infested with roaches and did have a pungent odor to it. I notified the front desk and but no concern on their part. I would have booked another room but everything was full. They were very overpriced because of a UF football game that was playing. They only decided to give me a 60.75 refund for the inconvenience. The photos are proof enough. Please don't stay there. The room was run down well take a look for yourselves.

Room smelled old and moldy. There was no towels, shower curtain, or garbage cane in my room when i checked in. Alot of people outside talking loud until the morning hours. Not a "true" continential breakfast but more like snacks.
