The gentleman that worked behind the desk had a wonderful personality and greeted every guest with the upmost respect. Best Hampton Inn we ever came across. We travel frequently and always stay in Hampton Inns.

Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Should have gone to Motel 6! People were rude & stupid. Had a 2 night stay booked, got back to the room second day, we were locked out and housekeeping had been in the room with the “DO NOT DISTURB “ sign on the door. Will definitely be calling corporate. We complained and got kicked out.

The gal at the desk needs LOTS of training in Customer Service. She did not want to be there at all. I own a business and know good customer service and this was NOT it!!! She acted bored, apathetic and completely uninterested in her job. Time to move on to Fast Food missy!!

So-So Second Stay
This is the second time I've stayed at this specific Hampton Inn, and I need to put a block on myself staying here again. The location is great off the Interstate, and the front desk very friendly. The room was worn with a big stain on the floor. Pillows were quiet thin, but sheets and mattress comfortable. The lotion pump in the room was empty. A small inconvenience, but still a negative. I did bring along my two cats to this pet-friendly hotel, and possibly (and I can't complain) they gave me a slightly shabby room due to the potential of a pet accident. I wasn't overwelmed with the place, and will make note not to stay here again. I'll try another hotel in the area.
