Hotel with great location

Downtown hotel with restaurants to walk to with plenty of options. Small pool/spa. AC was very noisy and kept us awake some.

Good location, room clean and comfortable. Valet parking only which slows things down somewhat with check in and check out.

Nice hotel with accommodating staff

Pros: See above comments.
We were in town for a family funeral. The staff went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. The room was light and well-furnished and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The valet service was fast. Checkout was easy.

Most of the staff go out of their way to help. Some don't. The maid assigned to my room was so attentive to detail that I had to leave a tip and a comment at the front desk. She clearly enjoys and takes pride in her job. Her name was Kevania or something like that.

Quick trip to Gainesville

Dropped off our daughter and school. Hotel is in the heart of downtown. Many good food options in walking distance. Parking is tough so used valet.

Great hotel

Great hotel, great location; read the reviews before booking. Was exactly what we were looking for. We visit Gainsville to see family. This was our first time at this hotel having had a pretty poor experience at another hotel in Gainesville on our previous visit. We shall certainly stay here again next time.
