Pros: The quite A/C
Location: Right near a lot of shopping.
Clean, comfortable room. A/C is very quite but cools well.

It would be nice if sheets fit the bed. Having to remake the bed in the middle of night does not make for a good night sleep.

Had confirmation number from hotel co You couldn't find the reservation after my daughter performed at 11 we had to drive to Orlando for the only room available I booked the room 3 months ago awful experience

UF visit

Hotel is fairly new and room was clean and beds were comfy. Water is soft so if you are not used to it you will take extra time in the shower trying to get that slippery feel removed. Parking is limited. if you are out late and return to hotel past 11pm it's near impossible to find a parking spot.

Convinient and service you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. We found friendly staff, a simple breakfast and easy accommodations.

AC didn't work

Had the AC set on 70 but it never went below 78. Not a comfortable sleep.

We stayed for two nights our grandson had surgery at UF Shands, it was around lots of restaurants and not far from the hospital. Had trouble with our door key not working several times where only the master key would not let us in and had to go to front desk but they were very helpful and apologetic they mentioned they were changing out door locks and they gave us a credit when we weren't even complaining. Everyone was really nice and Eureka at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Good for a night

The hotel was what I expected except for the air conditioning. There was a thermostat on the wall but it ended up not controlling the air. That had to be controlled at the window unit itself which wouldn't have been a problem if not for the fact that it either had to be too cold or too hot in the room. It did not respond well to change.
