Nice Hotel for Smoking Irreesponsible Dog Lovers

Horrible experience at this Hilton. Booked two non-smoking rooms through Expedia. Spoke with Chris at the desk at 2 PM on the day of check-in to make sure our rooms where reserved for late check in. Arrived at 11 PM and were given our room keys only to find that both rooms were smoking rooms! Of course, desk clerk didn't tell us. They reeked of cigarettes so bad that it was hard to stay in the room at all. Called the front desk and they offered to move only one of the rooms to the other side of the hotel. We called Expedia the next day and the hotel offered a paltry refund of a few dollars. The refund was as insult.
To top it off, we had to listen to dogs barking in nearby rooms throughout the night and even step over dog $%#$ on the sidewalk the next morning when we left. I love dogs but that place is ridiculous. Not the way Hilton should treat Honors members or any guests. If you are a chain smoking dog lover with hearing problems, you will love this place
