Great staff

Pros: Everything was wonderful, but the staff was exceptional!!!!
Cons: nothing
Location: I was just there for a basketball game
Everything was wonderful, but the staff was outstanding. I had an issue with my television and after I called, a very nice man was there within minutes to fix it. Also, the front desk staff was very helpful when I was trying to get a cab to go to the stadium for a basketball game.

It's good for game day stay but thats it

Pros: Location
Cons: Smell in lobby to elevators. Elevator smells like an oil leak and areas outside of elevator to front door smells like smoke

Lobby area smells like smoke, we've stayed here three times and always feel the same way but never comment. This time others with us said same thing so thought we should share. Something from the walk at entrance to elevators smells

Stayed for a sporting event in town. Really only slept there but the rooms were clean and it was in a convenient part of town.

OK, Nothing Special

The main issue was our room was very noisy from talking from the room next door. Little to no insulation. Beds OK. Breakfast OK. There was a fridge.

Homecoming Stay

Pros: Free breakfast.
Cons: Staff more friendly and welcoming.
Location: University of Florida.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice for the most part. The young man at the front desk seemed like he didn't want to help anyone. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The service was great, very courteous. Only problem was we found a dirty diaper behind the bathroom door. They were very quick at taking care of it.
