great location, hotel not ao great

great location, close to university, hotel old and needs extreme makeover, has old carpeting, musty oder, bathroom cramped and poorly lit. Beds comfortable and linen clean, but breakfast mediocre. Staff friendly and switched our room immediately when awful smell of sewage was noted.

Nice hotel

Location: Ideal for university ceremonies

Good for sleeping

walking distance to restaurants if wasn't soooo cold and the pizza & pints place attached to hotel had expensive pints. We went to Main St for dinner at Tops which was great. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is old so therefore the bathroom had a cramped feeling with a low ceiling. Breakfast was terrible and way too expensive for cost...was a buffet as the restaurant was closed. The staff was friendly and efficient and the pool area looked nice. Next time I'll try the Hampton Inn.

I. Expected Better for the money

The staff was friendly and helpful. At $220 a night, the suite was only big enough to hold one double bed but there were two beds. The bathroom looked clean but had the smell of old urine. Breakfast was ok but we ate standing up, not enough tables/chairs.

For what you pay on gameday weekends, they should invest more back into the rooms.
