Liked space in our room and public area. Only give 2stars because: 1. Our shower soap container was empty. Tried to call and couldn’t hold of anybody to answer the phone at night. 2. Saw a used soft contact lens on a bathroom floor. It means the floor wasn’t cleaned. 3. Breakfast service was super slow. Only one person serving.

This seemed to have been a newer hotel, as it was very clean. It was in a great location. The shower was amazing; it had 2 heads.

We arrived late in the evening and were put on the second floor. The staff knew that the way the water circulated in the building caused there to be only lukewarm water on the second floor. Cool shower after 850 miles of driving was not fun. Most disappointed that the staff and GM knew, yet still put us on that floor.

Excellent location. Just one simple advice. When somebody comes to the Indigo to check-in and the emploeyee at the desk is busy with another situation, just take one second and acknowledge the guest. "Hello, I will be with you shortly." When you stay quiet without even looking at the customer, escalation begins.
