Pros: easy to get to
Cons: bathrooms
even though the room was prepaid, the clerk asked for my credit card "for verification purpose". Later I discovered that a 4%0 charge was billed to my card. called the hotel and was told it was for security. It was later canceled after I called my bank. As to the price, I was tempted by the name and that was a missed shot.

Thank you for your comments. It is standard for hotels to charge a deposit for incidentals. Upon check out, the deposit is refunded. This is for the protection of the hotel and guest, in case there are any damages to the room.

quick overnight stay

Pros: location
Cons: room smell, room maintenance
Arrived about 4pm for check in. Upon entering room, overcome by deodorizer odor that bordered on cruel and inhumane. Went to a game, upon return odor was less powerful. Informed front desk at checkout about the odor issue but the gentleman seemed to care less.

Really bad smell in room

I'm not sure but I think they poured cleaner on the ac & thought it would cover up the carpets need cleaned

NIGHTMARE ROOMS

NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND NEED TO BE CLEANED UP. ITS A NASTY PLACE THAT NEEDS A LOT WORK .I WONT EVER RETURN.STAY AWAY

Bring an inhaler!

Pros: Very nice indian lady checked us in.
Cons: Please clean using less powerful cleaners - first words out of my daughters mouth were "what are they hiding".
Location: OK part of town. The University of Florida is very close.
I booked this room for one of my daughters, and myself. We had planned to spend the night after watching my oldest daughter in a show. When we entered the lobby we noted a very strong aroma of air freshener, started coughing while checking in. The room was even worse, you could smell the overpowering scent from the hallway. In the room our eyes watered and we were both coughing. Unfortunately, my daughter is asthmatic and had to leave the room to sit in the car and use her inhaler. The line when we left was very long, as we had tickets for a play, I did not have time to request a refund. Also, when we checked in we noticed a large sign saying that there would be no refunds given. I called Orbitz for help with this problem and as of yet (6 days later) I have had no response. This hotel was so bad that we decided to drive the 2- 3 hours home. As we had already driven 3 hours from Tallahassee to Gainesville, and were unable to leave until 11pm, I think this gives an idea of how bad this room was.
