There was so much noise we could not sleep. Doors slamming and people running down the walk ways.

The hotel needs updating and they didn't provide maid service, towels, etc We have stayed at other laquinta's and the service is totally different.

Complacent staff

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff atitude
Location: Restaurants within walking distance.
Key card compromised (would not open door to room). Desk clerk reactivated card each time with a lecture to keep key card away from cell phone. Card was in a protective case designed specifically to shield credit cards from hacking. Clerk's attitude was condescending. Room was not serviced during three night stay despite requests for service. Spoke with Bob at desk. Went to desk for clean towels. Location is convenient, and rooms are adequate for price. But management needs to address complacent desk staff attitude. Signed - A former innkeeper.

Older, exterior worn, interior redone, pool nice

A frustrating experience, our room wasn't cleaned and made up for two full days of our stay, with many excuses and an argument from the front desk. The evening of the first full day of our stay we called the front desk to find out why our room hadn't been made up. The front desk said the rooms are cleaned throughout the day into the evening. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff had already gone home, but they brought us up some towels. The room also wasn't made up the next day either - wouldn't you think our room number would have been on someone's radar to make sure there wasn't another screw-up? So, the second evening we called, the cleaning staff was just about to go home, but we were told they could do the room right then. That was a problem for us because we were getting ready to go out for dinner. The cleaning staff wasn't available a half-hour later. The room was finally cleaned our last day, after we had gone down to the front desk first thing that morning and asked to have our room cleaned and made up that day. It was very nicely done. On the 'pro' side, the lobby and breakfast room are nicely updated, the hostess is very pleasant and welcoming. Our room had been redone in modern colours. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice, very relaxing. Lots of parking.

Be aware of unexpected fees and rude staff: if you don't pay the additional fees (ahead of your stay) they threaten to not let you stay o/n
