Nice clean place to stay. Conveniently located.

Cons: The free breakfast could start earlier at 6AM instead of 7AM. The quality and variety of the food could also be better.
Bare bones room. Clean with a good shower. Convenient parking.

nice hotel, restaurants nearby

Pros: close to I75
Cons: the cleaning crew needs improvement!!
Location: restaurants and some shoopping
went there for business had a good experience except for very noisy guests

We enjoyed our one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It felt inviting and like i was glad to be staying there.

Friendly staff. Building condition needs some TLC

Pros: Low cost, great staff
Cons: Building needs revamp
Location: Great location right off I-75. Close to gas stations, restaurants, and mall
Great, friendly staff. However the property's general condition is a bit depressing. Lots of rust, pealing paint, doors with rust, bathroom toilet seat was stained, clean, but stained which is gross, etc. I guess one could say you get what you pay since the room rate is affordable but I have stayed at other La Quinta's that were kept up much better.

just ok

Pros: convenient location
Cons: cleanliness
it was just a place to sleep. nothing more. a lot of construction workers starting vehicles very early. free breakfast was nothing to speak of. for the price, sleep while you can.

Very old and dirty hotel.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in Gainesville area. Room smelled of mold, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom that the housekeeping staff did not clean up even though it was there when we arrived and we stayed three nights. Some of the towels were either dirty or permanently stained. The staff was very nice but they are up against the fact that the place needs to be demolished as it’s beyond a remodel in my opinion.

Nice hotel, would stay again

Looks like they are trying to make upgrades. Room clean, tub stopper was broken and sitting on the edge of the tub. The A/C was very loud and even when we set it to 68 it was warm during the night. These would not stop me from staying again as they are fixable, staff were friendly and breakfast was free.
