Close to I-75, shopping/food, hospitals and UF.Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Courteous staff, clean re-modeled rooms, new carpet and comfortable beds.
Cons: Continental breakfast and curb appeal.
Location: Centrally located near UF, shopping, restaurants, hospitals and I-75.
The outside appearance needs some work; however, the rooms have recently been re-modeled and the bed was very comfortable! The continental breakfast needs some improvement.

Nice hotelPosted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: The hotel is in a good location.
Cons: The hotel could use new pillows. The ones they currently have are awful.
Location: The Oaks Mall, some restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Downtown Gainesville is a short drive.
Staff were great. The front desk was efficient with all guest. Hotel was recently updated. Very clean. Just a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Don't judge a room by it's remodel.Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: The price, and location, were good for my needs (I was attending a two-day seminar.) The remodel was lovely, room very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the desk/workstation. Cons: The shower head, was so high pressure, it left my skin red and raw. To say it was painful is an understatement, and it couldn't be adjusted. The walls are paper thin, so I got to listen to other guests' expletives at 3:00 a.m.; during the day, I knew what show they were watching as I turned up my volume to drown their's out. The only ice machine is on the third floor. My deadbolt didn't work, and the door stop hinge was not the standard, and was very weak. No "do not disturb" sign provided. Parking is tight, unless you own a compact car. I don't know that I would stay here again.

Pros: The staff is great and very cordial
Cons: Place is outdated
Location: Plenty of shops around and behind the Red Lobster
To spend a night or two is a fair deal but nothing to write home about

I was very pleased with everything about the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The beds were suprisingly comfortable.
