The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities and the room were clean. The property was old and run down, but well kept. The breakfast had very little amenities. The coffee was great and the dining room was very stylish! Overall, it's not a fancy place, but it was perfect for a quick stay.

You definitely get what you paid for
We knew it was an older aged motel love them..but didn’t expect basic issues. - check in took a bit cause of training we understood, room well…things that didn’t work- had to throw your whole body into the door to get it close or open, phone , fridge, ac/heat, lights on headboard, end table lights, towels-hubby said he wouldn’t wash his truck with so thin & worn. I passed on a shower so he could use all the towels. Had to go to front desk to get help with ac/heat, offered to move us but we were settled in so passed. Cause we booked with 3rd party she couldn’t offer a refund, we asked for the pet fee to be removed cause that was within her control. ($35 a bit high) She said she’d check with maintenance on the ac but never came back & couldn’t call us cause phone didn’t work. Bkft…just waffles, cereal, old bananas, yogurt, coffee juice basics The property outside was aged too, positive side…tv worked, hot water did too which we ran to help get the chill out of the room. Good luck if you try this place!

The breakfast was horrible they offered waffles that was it for a hot breakfast no protein no eggs no meat no nothing and they're waffle batter was so thin that when it made a waffle and you cut it it was like a sponge and rubbery. The refrigerator did not work in the room and I had informed the acting manager since the actual manager was not going to be there for a week that the fridge wasn't working she said she would have someone come in and that they got there at 10:00 I had informed her that I was leaving to go take care of business and I would inform her when I returned that no one was to go in that room she had agreed and didn't even give the maintenance dude the work order because she was waiting for me to inform her well she failed to inform the staff and I had people go in the room move my belongings around to strip the beds with my gun in the safe yes it may have been in the safe but she was informed that no one was to go in that room then when I said that I was checking out that this was completely unacceptable she said that she was unable to do a refund due to the fact of me booking through a third party site and not through them so we still left the facility and checked out but this establishment and the staff that is there is unprofessional. You book a non-smoking room and the staff walks up to the room with a cigarette in their mouth and then proceeds to walk inside a non-smoking room like to me that's ridiculous

Do not stay!!!!!
I spent way too much money for a hotel I wouldn't let my dog stay in. There was mold in every room that my family stayed in. My bathroom door and entry door had corners missing and pieces missing. The shower faucet didn't even feel like it was supported, it moved when touched and shook when the water was coming out. I was very disappointed and will never stay there or recommend.

Not only did they wake us up at 3:27 am for NOOOO reason they were very rude. The room was clean and decently noce but the service was horrible. They also double charged me for my pet fee even though he was an esa whoch apparently they are aupposed to wave that fee based on what ive read online from choice hotels.

Hey Shannon, we are so sorry to hear that you were not able to get a full night of rest. Your experience at our hotel is very important to us! Unfortunately, we did not receive the ESA approved paperwork for your pet, meaning we did have to charge the cleaning fee. We found the mistake on our end and refunded the accidental double charge! We would love to have you and your pet back at our hotel. In the future, please provide all the necessary paperwork to get the fee waved! AC kicks loudly on and off all night. Very firm bed and pillows. Girl at check in was very polite.

Hello Wayne, we are happy to hear that our staff was friendly and polite! Our apologizes for our loud AC units. We will have our maintenance staff look at that right away. Additionally, when you stay with us again, please let one of our staff members know that the pillow may be too firm and we will do our best to replace it! We are also currently in the process of renewing all of our furniture. We hope that everything will be to your liking in the future! Again we apologize for any inconvenience.
