I was extremely disappointed with my stay last week. I was traveling for business and expected to have wifi in the hotel so I could get work done. I understand that things happen, but I think that the hotel should compensate guests who do not receive facilities as advertised. I'm not expecting anything free, but a discounted rate would be more than reasonable. I definitely would not have stayed at this hotel knowing the internet would be down for the duration of my stay, and I will not stay here again on principle.
