Love The LocationPosted Sep 26, 2015
Pros: Easy access.
Cons: The coffee pot in the room isn't inviting. I wouldn't use it.
Location: This hotel is located close to I75 and is close to everything, restaraunts, stores, banks, hospital.
I really appreciated the location especially since I was traveling with my daughter. I felt comfortable in the parking lot, the elevator and the hall leading to my room.

Good hotel for business stayPosted Sep 18, 2015
Room was okay. Bed a little hard but I like soft. TV was small and there was no channel guide. Bathroom could use a new caulking job in shower and shower walls slightly discolored. Water smells slightly of sulfer (but that's true of all of Gainesville). Stayed 3 nights, room never made up.

Was OK for the price.Posted Sep 18, 2015
Pros: Quite location could be a little cleaner and dated.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't great powered eggs just nasty. Make your own waffels was OK.
Location: Lots of places to eat within walking distance and target accross the street.
Was OK for the price. Pool looked clean, room was clean, dated although TV was a flat screen which was nice. Will check out other places, but would go back.

ElevatorPosted Aug 24, 2015
Good hotel but it's elevator was broken. They gave me 3th floor then when my son explained my knees problems they changed. Otherwise it is good hotel.

Great locationPosted Aug 24, 2015
Cons: room smelled a bit moldy , improved with A/C on for a few hours
Location: across from Target, Trader Joe's and many many restaurants and stores - college has nice museums
Great location off 75, but quiet, close to restaurants and stores on Archer, you can walk to the Waffle House in 2 minutes. Easy to get to UF and has free shuttle to college on game nights:) Breakfast is decent with hot options (eggs, sausage, waffles) and lots of sitting room.

Elevator did not work, my husband has heart problems and he could hardly get to our room. The hallways and stairwells were very dirty, and the overall smell of both was very unpleasant

Got this hotel for the Blue Crab FestPosted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: The staff was very helpful in correcting areas they could
Cons: Clean the carpets , get rig of the mold, Have the head housekeeper inspect the rooms prior to guest moving in
Location: I booked this hotel because it was close to an event I was attending
Friendly staff however the first room I was given smelled moldy and stale upon opening the door. I was given a second room which had very dirty sheets, ////////the head housekeeper inspected the bed and apologies for the dirty sheets and lack of pillow cases for the pillow, This room also smelled moldy but not as bad. ,I am happy this was only a overnight stay.

A Hotel Worth Coming Back toPosted Jul 27, 2015
Our family stayed there prior to our tour of University of Florida. Hotel location is just a few miles/minutes away from UF. The parking space were abundant. The room we stayed was directly next to some nice amenities like the pool and gym. Inside, it was clean and spacious. We had no problem finding electrical outlets to charge our numerous electronic devices. Wifi was fast and signal was strong. Everything functioned well, the shower had a good pressure and the refrigerator had space for all our drinks and food. The only drawback was the broken microwave which we tried countless of times. Furthermore, the breakfast they provided was greatly satisfying with a variety of fresh items from scrambled eggs and sausages to self-made waffles and pastries. There was also a nice addition of popcorn in the lobby. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth coming back to.
