Pros: Nothing
Cons: A lot Cleaner
Coke can behind curtains, cheese crackers behind nightstand. Shower rod coming out of the wall. Outside of toilet hadn't been clean in months. Will never stay there again. No elevator only stairs they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time.

PRICE WAS OK BUT................

Pros: THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE.
Cons: APPLES IN BREAKFAST AREA HAD BEEN THERE A VERY LONG TIME, BRUISED, SEEPING JUICE. THE TOASTER AND THE MICROWAVE WERE NOT WORKING. 2 CEREAL CHOICES.
Location: DAHOLNEGA AND BURT'S PUMPKIN FARM ARE CLOSE BY
THE CHECK-IN MGR WAS NICE. THE OTHER MGR DID NOT SPEAK TO US OUT OF SEVERAL MEETINGS OVER 2 NIGHTS THERE, NEITHER THE MICROWAVE NOR THE TOASTER WORKED IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. 2 OF 4 LIGHTS DID NOT WORK. ONLY 2 OUTLETS WORKED. THE SHEETS AS WELL AS THE SHOWER CURTAIN WERE WHITE ONCE, BUT IT IS CLEARLY EVIDENT THEY DO NOT USE BLEACH. THESE WERE YELLOWED. THERE WAS NO CONDITIONER, ONLY 1 SMALL SHAMPOO. THERE WERE CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE WINDOW SIDE OF THE BED AT THE EDGE OF THE FRAME. IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE THE ROOM HAD A GOOD VACUUMING.

Room was stained, dirty. Dry wall damaged throughout hotel. Luckily the price was cheap and we were able to bring in our small dog for the night. However, I wouldn't sleep under the sheets.

Pros: Very clean
Very nice, clean, plenty of space, nice breakfast, overall very happy - only trouble was web site said 3 miles from destination, turned out to be more like 30. Not hotel's fault. Very happy with hotel, room was really nice, indoor pool available, microwave in room - just really nice!

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and the pool was clean. I wish breakfast had more of a variety but it is free.

Minimal but clean

No elevators. Bare minimum amenities, but the room was clean and the gentleman in charge was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was full, but quiet for a Friday night. Not a place I'd use for vacation, but for a one night stay, it was just fine.

Not the best, but OK

Pros: The price was right.
Cons: The guy that checked us in didn't seem to enjoy his job--at all.
Location: I was there for the 6 Gap Century bike ride. I can't speak for anything else nearby.
I read reviews of this hotel, and though there were plenty of negative comments, I booked the room and hoped for the best. My experience is that the reviews were pretty much spot on. But here's the thing--this is not a 5-star hotel and the rates aren't 5 star. So, my expectations going in were low and I was, therefore, not disappointed. The rooms weren't super nice, neither was the staff, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. However, it was a decent place to sleep for the night and the price wasn't too bad, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Perfect location between Atlanta and Blue Ridge

We got a great deal on groupon and stayed the weekend. Rooms were nice and so was the staff. We went shopping and visited the Dawsonville moonshine tours.

Room hot!!

I chose this hotel ONLY because it was the only one in the area. We walked in the room (in August) and the room was hot and stinky. They had the AC off. We had to wait about 2 hours for the room to cool off. There was mildew in the bathroom and the tub had a ring around it (before we took a shower). We kept our shoes on the whole time. My son got in the hot tub and the water was cold. There was no iron in the room and a build up of dust on the wires of the blow dryer. Never again!! The 2 staff that I spoke with were nice.

Don't Even Consider It

I rented 3 rooms for family members to attend a family reunion. Unfortunately, I prepaid 6 nights. Big mistake! The pool has so much chlorine that it burns the kids' eyes and faces. A light broke in the hot tub and now the hot tub is empty; except for the broken glass in the bottom of it. The only hot item for breakfast is the make your own waffle. Worst, though, is the sewage pound in the parking lot where a tour bus drained its toilet tank. It is unattended to and stinks! Couldn't possibly be safe to be near. This visit is only half-over. I am so sorry that I didn't spend a little more for the much better motels in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the staff is nearly impossible as we only speak English. So, spare yourself the misery.
