Filthy. Absolutley nothing was cleaned or made up after the previous occupant. We didnt even take a showers. The room next door blasted music/argued literally all night until we finally decided to leave right before the sun came up. No one cared. A literal brothel.

The room was filthy. The tub did not drain. I have no idea what they clean the sheets with - they smell like a chemical. The beds are sunken because they are so old. Dirt on the walls etc. Then their was the roaches. If you want to pay someone to be punished this is your place. Expedia should not list this property.

Bed Bugs. They had frickin’ bed bugs! And that was in the second room we were offered because the first one was admittedly not even cleaned! WTFudge!?! To make it worse after we discovered the bed bugs we of course demanded a refund and the clerk kept telling us no refunds. I had to explain to this dude repeatedly for twenty minutes how you cannot take someone’s money when you cannot do the single job you are accepting a fee for - which is offer a sanitary room! Again WTFudge!?! After we finally received our refund we ended up sleeping in the car because it was a better option than staying at this landfill! One more time… WTFudge!?!

The place is ok for what it is. It's not fancy, at all. A lot of ppl won't like it bc they will feel it's a trap hotel but it's honestly just for those who can't afford to stay at the Hilton or the Wyndham. Your stay is what you make it too bc maintenance is rude.

The property is in advanced state of disrepair. Holes in wall, missing fixtures, just really poor shape. BUT what is left is very clean, so kudos to the janitorial staff. Beds seemed new.

The hotel room is definitely run down, with certain parts of the floor and ceiling beginning to fail. The television wasn't connected when I arrived, so I had to figure out the wiring before watching television. The room I had had very poor WiFi signal so I was unable to connect to the internet. (If the room was closer to the router, that might not be the case.) The drain in the tub was very slow so that I was over ankle deep when finishing my shower. (It did drain slowly once I finished my shower.)

The place is a dump. It was all that was available in Gainesville that was under $350 per night as it was graduation season. We paid $160 for one night at one of the dumpiest places we've stayed in a long time. The woman at check in was lovely, efficient, and helpful, but the place itself is bad news.
