The only thing I liked about this property is the young lady that checked me in was very nice. The cleanness of the room was poor! The tv didn’t work and no batteries wasn’t in the remote(Maintenance fix the tv and remote problem), The phone didn’t work, bathroom sink is clogged up water was everywhere on bathroom floor. Remind you that our phone in the room isn’t working so we couldn’t call downstairs. And the refrigerator was nasty ass hell… onions was all in the refrigerator. Room had a bad odor, we couldn’t switch rooms because they sold out! It’s NO comforters on either beds.

There was a Roach inside or the cabinets under the sink. And also a smell in the hallway. They said no smoking but for sure someone was smoking in that room before we got there

This is a boarding house hotel. I stayed 1-night traveling alone. I was afraid as I exited the elevator and 5 men were sitting on the floor and end of hall smoking, vaping and pot. Horrible place do not bring kids etc. Glad I booked only 1 night of my 5 day stay.

I booked for a non-smoking room but the room assigned to me had a very heavy cigarette smell. I asked for a different room but I was told that they are fully booked. The receptionist said that I can go somewherr else. It was past 8 pm , raining , windy, and tired of driving for several hours, so I said that I'll stay. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed with these accommodations. The facility was dirty and unkept (broken furniture, rusty appliances.) Outside key entry doors were ajar. Found live roaches in the room and left within 10 minutes. Surprised Orbitz offers this accommodation as an option.

It would be nice to know this is not a hotel many seedy people are living here full time ( no credit check) smells bad, accommodations very poor, ask for King, no king, never again will we use your services to get accommodations Can’t wait to get a little rest and get the hell out of here!

“ This location is live-in prostitutes and drug deals in the parking lot. No way I would park a car there overnight. Moved an exit up the road to a Courtyard. Don't worry about me, but I seriously do think you guys ought to apologize to your other customer. She stayed there based on the shop's recommendation and checked out early because of personal safety concerns. I haven't seen too many places where I wouldn't sleep once the door was locked and chained, but this is one of them. Absolutely would not be recommending to customers. “

Can't walk into building w/out being molested by druggies and raging alcoholics. People squatting in vehicles throughout parking lot. Garbage everywhere. Cops and probation are here daily. Guest bathroom by lobby is atrocious. Hallways smell so bad you instantly gag. Staff? Zero personality, not accommodating, like prison guards vs hotel staff.

There are some very shady characters hanging around the hotel. The room was not very clean. The refrigerator had rust spots all over it. The sheets were stained. The smoke detector was covered by something that looked like plaster or a plastic bag. The pictures show a very bright room but it was not. Very deceiving. The hallway smelled like weed smoke and old food. I wanted to take pictures of it but I was in such a rush to leave that I forgot. I guess I expected too much for my $100 a night. Thank goodness if we were only there for one night.

Now I know why it’s cheaper. People hanging outside the property that most likely were crowded Into a single room or bad intentions. Heard the person next door vomiting most of the night. Cars with blasting music all night. WiFi didn’t work.
