Reservation lostPosted May 7, 2015
Pros: It was close to the wedding. Our reservation was honored.
Cons: Improvement of what discussed above.Went
Location: Went to a wedding
When we got to the hotel, the front desk clerk could not find our reservation. It was the weekend that the University of Florida had its graduation, so we were fortunate to have a room. The bed however, was a queen or full for two people instead of the two we reserved. The mattress was prison hard and the internet was erratic. We had gone there for our son's wedding.

good for a night stayPosted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: clean and smell new
Cons: the bed size
Location: it is off of I-75 one exit from Archer Road which is main street with restaurants and stores.
was clean and still smell new, bed was to small not for two people. has everything you need for a long stay refrigerator, stove and sink but make sure if you need or want to use that you bring everything from pots to plates, silverware because they do not have it for your use. But if you want to buy it they will sell it to you. and maid service is once a week.

A good place to sleepPosted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: The place was new and clean with very good outside door security. It was generally quiet on the Saturday night of our visit.
Cons: The front desk is only attended from 9AM to 6PM. I guess that's one of the cost saving features.
Location: That's the problem. It's at an interchange on the edge of town. There's a decent family restaurant within a 10 min walk, but not much else.
Stayed for a football weekend at a price well below the established hotels in the area.

This is not a hotel. It is a welfare residencePosted May 11, 2014
Pros: It provides public housing to the community
Location: There is a 24 hour Walmart nearby
I was shocked to learn this is not a hotel and in fact a welfare residence. For that purpose I'm sure it's very good. I'm all for housing for people. But if you are a buisness travelor be prepared for screaming kids above, below and next to you all night long, roaches and no Internet signal.

a place to sleepPosted May 5, 2014
Pros: very close to highway 75 but not noisy.
Location: Very close to Gainsville and tropical gardens
Front desk was efficient and friendly. We were only sleeping here for 1 night while traveling. Bring your own shampoo/hairdryer as none are provided. The room was clean and served its purpose as a place to sleep while on the road. *bowls/plates etc can be added on additionally if needed It was quiet which was good.

good value even for budget hotelPosted Mar 19, 2014
Pros: clean, cost
Cons: light sleepers could be bothered by how easily you hear sounds from next room.
Location: close to gas, grocery store and a McDonalds. Hotel right off I 75. Short drive to shopping center and restaurants.
Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Reasonable location. Outside noise is minimal but one can easily hear the wake up alarm in the next room. One could also hear a T.V. which someone played all night. ( 2 nights)

Close to my son's so I could baby sit my grandsonPosted Nov 10, 2013
Every thing was fine except the office hours. I would leave before 8 am and get back after they closed. When I called the 500 number the guy was not very happy.

economical even during the "4 day race gouging"Posted Mar 19, 2013
Pros: clean quiet reasonable price
Cons: delay in getting deposit back
Location: short drive to all of gainesville
Our first stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet, economical. Bed was very firm. Only thing unusual about staying at this hotel is you may wait a week for a $100.00 damage deposit to be returned. When we originally booked at this hotel. we didn't recall having to post this deposit.
