A brief stay near I-66.

Posted May 26, 2016
Pros: The location is very convenient, and for what you get, it is a good value. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful.
Cons: Not much. It is all about value. If you want amenities and comfort, try somewhere else.
Location: It's at the intersection of major highways. If you're looking to site-see, forget it, but for a late nite traveler, it's fine.
Value Place gives you the basics, and that's it. It's primarily for longer term resident workers, so there is a range, microwave, fridge, etc. The bed was so hard it was one step above sleeping on the floor.

Living in the Barrio

Posted Apr 3, 2016
Pros: The employee was able to check us in early, but now I understand why.
Cons: The odor, room dressings, lighting and curtains to block out the car wash and parking lot.
Location: A plethora of options for activity nearby, including good restaurants, movie theatre and quick access to Route 29 and Route 66.
The hotel is situated directly in front of a car wash, which gives the atmosphere of living in the barrio. The room does not have curtains, but shabby blinds that are bent in places, and with the parking lot lights on high power all night it never gets dark in the room. The smell was akin to roach bait and overdoses of Febrese (sorry to the Febrese company for this comparison.) The only plus was the location is convenient for where we wanted to be, but we could not handle above mentioned items and left after two wretched nights. My head ached and my eyes were blood shot from the dense air and lack of dusting.
