Poorly designed, noisy guests

Pros: Sarah, the fact that the room was clean, and the convenience of having a carwash in the parking lot.
Cons: Hospitality training for staff, encourage headphone use by other guests, install speed bumps in the driveway going to the carwash, add hooks/cabinets
Location: Manassas battlefield is nice
I'm not very picky about hotels but this place was disappointing. There are lots of contractors staying here which equals loud music, fighting in the hallways, etc. Rooms are poorly designed which equals no hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes, towels, etc, and not enough cabinets, drawers, etc. Some of the desk staff acted uncaring and unmotivated except for Sarah who cleans the rooms...she's a gem! The building is next to a busy highway and a railroad track, but the noise in the hallways and the adjacent rooms was worse. There's a carwash in the parking lot which was convenient but I didn't enjoy hearing the hot rod's glass-pack mufflers ripping in and out.

Stuff was horrible rude! Never seen a person as the lady was who checked us in!

Stripped down

The WoodSpring suites in Gainesville va is not a hotel. There is no maid service no coffee maker( I had to but a pot cup and coffee) no shampoo no hair dryer no glasses dishes or utensils. The only "amenities " were 2 threadbare towels ( never changed) and 1 small bar of soap. I have never experienced anything like this facility. It was clean and the air conditioner worked. That's all that was decent

IS THIS A HALFWAY HOUSE? WHERE IS THE LOBBY? IT SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE AND STINK BUGS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMIES WHAT AN UNHAPPY, UNUSUAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO AN HOSTILE, RUDE, HUGELY UGLY PLACE PLEASE CLEAN IT UP

It was good and comfortable. I wish the office had been open all the time and I wish I had been able to have the nights I paid for refunded because I had to leave two days early.

Unpleasant stay

The room was ill equipped. For a room for four there were just 2 towels and 1 soap. Nothing else - we had to ask for more. Definitely overpriced. I will avoid this hotel.

No coffee in the room or even the lobby. No coffee shop without driving. No Iron or ironing board in the room. No lamp on the nightstand.

clean and comfortable

everything was cool except for the loud trains going thru every couple hours. Thank God I'm a heavy sleeper.lol Everything else was cool though.
