Well pleased with room had to swap rooms my 1st one did not have a microwave but clerk was really nice & gave me another room & even offered to help over my things

Great place to stay for a gator game

Breakfast?

My expectation weren't high but I did expect a decent breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was terrible but the hotel offered a pay breakfast ( a little bait and switch) which was expensive and awful. He hate starting the day on bad note, and that breakfast and the SERVICE was awful.

Safety issues

This hotel has many things that need to be fixed but the top on the list is the doors to the outside. The stairwell doors that are supposed to have a safety mechanism are broken and they look to have been that way for a long time.

Quick over night stay

It was a quick overnight stay but was pleasing surprised to see a lake view when I woke. Wished I could of stayed longer.

Close to UF

Good location but our 1st floor room was in need of much repair. Musty odor, toilet leak caused floor to stay wet, and location of our room within the hotel was not good. This experience will make me think twice before ever staying at another Wyndham property.

By the lake. Hotel looks rundown. Not 3star!

Hotel location is very nice, near a lake. But inside looks old, rundown. Worst was someone smoked pot on the balcony of the room! Has strong smell once I stepped out to my balcony! Definitely not a 3 star hotel!

Hotel under renovation. Inconvenien placement of elevator. Elevator dirty. Cockroach on floor in entry of building: dirty windows in unit.
