Gross. Stay somewhere else

Hotel staff was unprofessional and untrained and dressed very inappropriately (no bra). But that wasn’t the worst part. The room was dirty, gross, falling apart and just generally beat up. Toilet kept clogging. Bathtub had hair in it upon arrival. Dirt and Bobby pins on bathroom floor. If I could give it less than one star, I would. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Disappointing

The way the building is laid out is not good they have two offices so went to the wrong one the first time. The parking lot was dirty and had some weird smell. The lobby was bad it looked old and in bad shape the lobby and elevator had a really bad smell and even had snack rapped in the roof of it. I stayed in the second floor and the whole floor smelled like Chinese food. Last thing the TV was junk out of date the channels were static and blurry. Thanks but I would rather stay somewhere else next time it’s really disappointing

Spend the extra 20$ to go to an another near hotel

I stayed for 2 nights. During the first, it was like if the person in the room above was moving furniture up to 4:00 AM. The next morning, I discussed with the person at the front desk and she was well aware of the situation... which means they continue to rent the room even if they know they have a problematic long term tenant (and he doesn't seem to be the only one). You can imagine the second night was not better than the first one. Also, the free breakfast is a joke (i.e. granola bars, packed muffins and coffee). In brief, don't be cheap and spend the extra 20$ to go to another near hotels.

Pros: The staff.
Location: The location was convenient to all necessary amenities.
The deficiencies were offset by the helpful,friendly staff. When notified of the problem with ants I was immediately moved to another room.

Never Again!!!!!

Pros: Staff were very courteous.
Cons: Clean up the entrance area and have all of the rooms fumigated.
I should have known by the grimy look of the entrance area that my stay at this location was going to be horrible, nonetheless, I opted to stay there. There was an immediate foul odor upon entering my room and as days went by it was apparent that someone with a pet (perhaps a dog) had previously live in the room for an extended period of time. Over the course of my stay, it rained heavily a couple of days. And as a result of the heavy rain, 8 or 9 of the approximately 15 TV channels were unavailable. According to the front desk staff this is a known occurrence and there was nothing that could be done about the loss of the channels. And unlike other hotels when something of this nature occurs, they did not offer anything to accommodate for the inconvenience.....totally unacceptable!!! Lastly, as I got further into my one week stay, the items provided at the morning "breakfast" became less and less until the point that there was ONLY coffee provided. Never again!!!!!!!

Will not stay there again

Very disappointing, first it's not convenient to 270, the only nearby food is at a 7 11. Then the room was freezing, the window open and the air set to 64. The floor was wet and the bed had no top sheet. When I tried to get service to get me a top sheet I couldn't make contact with anyone. Finally called Hotels.com that managed to reach someone and I could then go down to the front desk, pick up a sheet and make the bed myself. Will not stay there again

Great place to stay.

I always stay here when I have to overnight in the Gaithersburg area and am never disappointed. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is fairly central.

Biggest disappointment ever!

I have stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels and been quite happy, but this one was awful. Dirty. Fridge didn't keep food cold. No kitchen utensils, etc. Fridge never worked even though we reported the problem, so food spoiled. Asked for more pillows which they brought but no pillowcases. No mattress pads. Trash never emptied. With spoiled food, it smelled bad. Put it in hall and still never emptied. No housekeeping. Very dissatisfied.

Not worth $75

Not clean - AT ALL, broken windows, no coffee maker. Look elsewhere for $75. Staff was friendly and helpful, but would not stay here again.
