We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. In the room we had two queen beds, a table, one chair, a TV, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows are a little too full to my taste (we prefer smaller pillows). The room was not very spacious. In the evening I saw people sitting in the breakfast area, some were eating, some just talking or playing board games and eating free cookies that hotel offers. Breakfast in the morning included cereals, fruits, oatmeal, eggs, sausages, waffles, pastries, orange juice, coffee and tea. In the walking distance there is HyVee and several fast food restaurants like Chipotle or Five Guys. Overall it was a good stay.

I love Hampton Inns. The only reason I am grading this one down is because my husband heard something moving around inside the heater all night long, suspected it was a mouse. It prevented him from getting much sleep. When we told the front desk worker at check out, she said she would have someone look into it. She didn't offer any discount or voucher or anything other than a 'oh, I'm sorry you didn't sleep well.'
