Clean... But Internet sucks and no breakfast.

Beds are comfy, room was clean, but for $140/night the internet should work.

Staff was overwhelmed by full house. Especially in the restaurant.

plenty of elevators but didn't seem like they wanted to work properly as in goto your correct floor. also not sure how clean the beds were kinda felt itchy so not sure if there were bugs or not

Very friendly staff.Rooms were clean & modern. I will definitely be staying here again. Very good rates too.

Poor parking. Not good value.

Pros: Quite and close to attractions.
Cons: Price, parking, WIFI, cleanliness, service.
Location: Close to downtown attractions.
Hotel parking was limited, I had to park in basement, which was poorly lighted and far from room. WIFI did not work or when it did work it was extremely slow. The bathroom floor had powder and hair on floor. Elevator carpet looked dirty and smelled. I paid 20 dollars extra for breakfast and I got the buffet which is what most hotels include for free. When we went to eat we waited to be seated but no one was there we had to ask waitress and she looked irritated that no one was at front. It took forever to be waited on. The food was good although. Disappointed for the high price I paid for room. I could have gotten a much better deal elsewhere if I had researched more.

not a very pleasure stay

They focus to get businesses, so they don't seem to offer a lot of amenities for tourist. Very small pool and smaller workout room were just disappointments. Some staff were caring and nice and the rest didn't seem they cared about the guests. Our room was small with a very bad view to parking and it was not the cheapest room the hotel had to offer. Room itself was not clean also.

Very Nice

Greeted quickly and very professionally.. The rooms were fine- the hallways a little dingy but all in all we enjoyed our stay- Great location too!

Nice hotel, centrally located downtv

Hotel was nice. There were a couple issues with the room refrigerator which didn't work well and air-conditioning was loud. Due to us booking through Expedia hotel could not give us a credit for the issues with the air-conditioning or the refrigerator. Overall this was a really nice hotel that is located downtown and in walking distance of restaurants , museum, and a casino.

Yikes!

Pros: Restaurant and bar staff were excellent.
Cons: Replace all of housekeeping staff and person in charge of them.
I went to unfold the bath mat and put it down and there was feces on it...yikes! Housekeeping staff has issues all around. We would be on elevators and other guests would comment to us about how unclean their rooms were and how unfriendly the housekeeping staff was. We saw one particular housekeeper get angry 4 times during our stay - and in front of several other people too! Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Front desk people were not overly friendly either. Probably wouldn't recommend this place.
