it was ok. The frontdesk clerk was not overly knowledgable about local places to eat within walking distance which I found a little odd. She recommended the hotel cafe for dinner ,as it was cold we decided to go there. The food was good but it took us almost an hour to get some grilled chicken atop of some pasta. We noticed others waiting a longtime for their orders too. It was then explained to us that they were really busy because of some parties. Perhaps some extra staffing in the kitchen would have been in order. When we ordered room service for breakfast the next morning ,it took us 45 min to arrive but the staff that delivered it was helpful and courteous.
