“Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück . Man sollte mehr Abwechslung haben. Bei mehreren Tagen, wird es einfach schwer. Man sollte die Wurst Sorten wechseln , auch etwas Obst währe nicht schlecht. Macht euch einfach Gedanken. Wir werden wieder kommen , und vielleicht sehen wir Veränderungen. Auch gehe ich gerne morgens trainieren, das heißt so um 8:00uhr . Ansonsten war der Rest zu unseren Zufriedenheit. ”

“The hotel was in a superb location with stunning views. We enjoyed the stay and loved the alfresco experience in the square in the evening with lights and coziness. Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly told us that we did not have a reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Showing her the booking confirmation from Expedia did not change her position. “We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least ”
