OK Hotel nothing more

Pros: the room
Cons: the out side the lobby the elevators
Location: NOT GREAT !
The only good thing was that the outside of the hotel was much worse than the inside. A little improvement of the Lobby and the rooms were better. the Lobby and around the hotel are terrible. Also pics on expedia are of a different hotel and location is not marked correctly on the map.

Convenient, clean and friendly hotel

Our stay was extremely relaxing. The staff was great and VERY friendly and helpful. Moriya and another receptionist whose name I can't remember went out of their way to help us in what we needed. Lucy (one of the housekeepers) was another person that made our stay very pleasant, she is the sweetest lady

The views are spectacular staff was friendly beds were comfortable the decor needs to be updated that's for sure. Breakfast was small and poor selection of fresh eggs, fruit or cereal. Overall a decent stay for one night. Loved the restaurant down the street called decks.

Its good hotel , except 2 problems First : no swiming pool inside the hotel Second : the food was very good in the first day only the other days its was less delecious .

the hotel is under reconstruction and basically a wreck. The pool is closed and looks like it will remain that way for a long time if it in fact ever re-opens.

Never staying here again!!!

The room was disgusting and smelled from smoke, no place by breakfast and the manager embarrassed me in public by screaming at me at the front desk to stop complaining and be happy with what i have.

My stay in August

My stay was nothing short of Terrible. I booked this on Hotels.com and the write up was incredibly misleading gm. I later learned that there are two other Leonardo resorts nearby and the pictures for this hotel were "borrowed" from the other resort. I booked a "superior" room and there was nothing superior about it. The front desk told me that the superior room was their regular room, and unfortunately it didn't even live up to that standard. The advertisement said there would be one king bed but instead the took two twin beds and pushed them together. The beds were literally 12 inches off the ground and the a/c didn't work. We were also warned not to leave windows open overnight because many bugs and insects find their way into the room in the morning. The dining room looked like a cafeteria mess hall with everything in havoc. It was a complete mess and the waiters could not keep up with the traffic. Tables were left uncleaned, not enough cutlery etc. There is hardly any parking and the streets were full. We had to drag out luggage two blocks in sweltering heat because the hotel doesn't even offer bellhop service. Oh, and the hotel is not on the water as they advertise but across a busy two-way street.
