Unfriendly staff. Rooms not well maintained and not clean

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, It is through comments such as yours we are able to monitor and develop for future notice.
Ruth Rimonim hotel has always made it a point to ensure the highest standards of service at all times, so it is always a sincere regret if a guest feels we have fallen short in any way.
While a little late to rectify for you this time, your comments have been taken on board for further attention by the appropriate managers.
