“Notice of how to get to the breakfast location needs to be posted so that guests can find it. The first day it wasn’t posted at all. It was posted be Y the restaurant door on the second day. However, you had to know to go through the bar to get there. Unless you want valet parking, you’re pretty much on your own. There are no directions for parking. Also, some of front desk staff need to remember to smile when interacting with guests.”

“We chose the Cimarron because of the quality, cleanliness and service the property is known for. Friday before check in, a family we're with received a call their room needed to be changed due to flooding. They were offered 2 king rooms, they declined because they're traveling with kids, so they stayed in the President's Suite. At no point was I contacted that there was an issue, so I assumed our room was not affected. Upon checking in, Brandon (manager) told me of the flooding, that no rooms……

“The elevator didn’t work. The room smelled like cigarettes. They had a hard time finding our reservation.”

“Renovations in progress, but room was very comfortable. The staff were nice, but I had a difficult time obtaining extra bedding for the pull out couch.”

“Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.”

“Staff was very friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance. The room was clean but very humid. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not great - limited options and eggs were slimy.”
