Close to The Galleria and pet friendly

Pros: The indoor pool, even though small, was great for our grandkids. Also appreciated the ability to have a pet there.
Cons: The closures on our doors were frightening (we had 3 rooms). WAY toooo strong. Was scared to let the grandkids near the door without an adult
Location: We were in Houston celebrating a 95th birthday so we wanted something close to the retirement facility that had an indoor pool for the grandchildren.
Enjoyed the facilities with our kids and grandkids. Also had a new puppy in the family so that worked great here!! Glad to have food available in the facility but not happy to see that the staff didn’t make sure a boy didn’t take his dog into the area with the food.

Great price and location for Houston!

Pros: I like the boutique feel of these hotel rooms. Very modern vibe. The walk in shower was great.
Cons: NA
Location: LOTS! It's the Galleria area of Houston which means shops on top of shops! Food and more food. Westheimer Road has great stuff.
Needed a quick overnight in the Galleria area...I love Aloft so I was happy to see there was one right where I needed it...with parking (in an otherwise horrible place to find parking)! Close to everything. Rooms were great. Staff was so friendly. Just a wonderful get a way. Thanks.

Great Location!

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. The only negative part I would say is the pool is pretty small and we went in February and the room that the pool was in wasn’t very warm. Other than that everything was great.

The room smelled as if someone had been smoking. It was dirty. Just not a remotely decent hotel.

Mitch, Im disappointed to hear about the cleanliness of your room during your stay with us. We have a strict no smoking policy for the property, but sometimes people will disobey. We try to catch everyone and make sure they are aware. I hope you notified the front desk during your stay, so we could offer a different room and or make it better for you. Apologies for that experience. i hope you give us a second chance in the future.

I love the view, stayed on the seventh floor and i feel in love with my city again. Bed was super comfortable.

Hidden Incidentals fees!!!!

I was happy w/ the price & hotel until I saw s hold for $100 on my card. It was not made obvious while booking, nor was I told of the amount when the rep took my card.

Cool Hotel

My fault-I should have asked. I had three drinks at the bar. Whoa-what a tab! Stay at the hotel if you want to have a few drinks, walk across the street to the Galleria and enjoy Chilis.

Beautiful place

Disappointed cuz when I booked it through expedia free parking and breakfast was included but the receptionist told me they aren’t not included. Other than that the place is clean, beautiful and great location. I highly recommend it.

Fire alarm went off at 2:45 am with no explanation.
