The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was neat and clean. The front desk representative was polite, professional, and helpful; hassle-free. I truly enjoyed my stay.

This hotel lied to me when I called and asked what year was it built....the clerk replied 2014 and when I get to the hotel and it looks like a 2 star hotel... I was very unhappy. So the clerk informed me it was remolded in 2014. The hotel had a bad smell and it was not a 4/5 star hotel.

Pros: staff, cleanliness of facility, comfort of mattress
Location: it was a great location for our needs
from check in until check out, we had nothing but good experiences with this hotel. So glad we stayed there!

Nice place to stay

Pros: Location
Location: Mall is close by.
Everything was great except for the fact that there was no Continental breakfast. I stayed at other Crown Plaza's they had Continental Breakfast.

Nice place, great location, expensive breakfast

The place is nice and the location is good but the buffet breakfast had all the basics and only the basics and cost around $16. Not only was this excessive for what it was, but I did not read anywhere that it was not included. So I had a bad breakfast and at the end of it they charge us $32 for it. I really hate to be nickled and dimed like that. I will never visit any of their properties again.

Good location

Cons: Could improve the cleanness
We only spent one night. Did not like the smell of the room and hallway. Comfortable room and nice bathroom.

Save your money

Literally when I say save and go somewhere else I have no idea who stays here to actually give it more than. 1/2 max stars. The hotel first off is kinda in a hard area if you get my drift so definitely be packing if you intend on staying here which I wasn't am from Houston was just via the Ned center and thought since they re did it it may be nice. The first roomhad someone's dead skin on the bedside table dried out. They moved me rooms. I don't know if there was people fighting in the room above me but needless to say I was scared to go to sleep and that is saying a lot for me and I was wondering who was doing what 3/4/5 in the morning. I tried to book at a different hotel in the first place thinking hopefully I didn't make a mistake. Avoid this place. In my room it looked like there was a leak in the ceiling and it was ghettofied patched up. And I have never stayed anywhere where check out is at 11 instead of 12 and was basically ran out moments before 12 when I was rudely allowed to extend an hour.

Crown plaza galleria

Not a bad place. Wish their was a microwave in the room. Water temperature was warm not hot. The pool entrance the latch on the door was broken. Other than that it was o.k.
