Not what is expected from an Extended Stay

Location: Houston Galleria area has it all but traffic is terrible!
I have spent months at a time in an Extended Stay hotel and this is by far the worst. Floors were plum gross and they did NOT provide a floor rug or towel in the bathroom so this itself is a deal breaker for me. Room was too small for the price I paid. Coffee is only found downstairs and at 6:00 in the morning. They need to start coffee earlier............around 5:00 AM!

Good price for location

Location: Galeria near by.
Clean, quiet, convenient location for me. Only complaint was very poor free wifi.

Very affordable,convenient place to stay. Television services needs to be updated to digital content.

Don't stay here if you drink water

Pros: Location, most of the staff was nice, and I didn't get bed bugs.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to drink water while staying here.
Location: Galleria!
They didn't have any water at breakfast, vending machine was sold out, and front desk wouldn't give me any water. I asked if there was anywhere in the building I could get water, and they said no. Other than that everything was good.

Business stay at ESA

As usual I found everything clean and prepared for me upon arrival. Bed was comfortable television operating properly. Kitchen and eating counter was convenient and large enough. I enjoyed the stay. Thx ESA staff.

I couldn't find a place to stay. Everything was booked because of the hurricane an they took me in on short notice an made me feel like home.

Had to evacuate from my city because of the hurricane. It is a good place to stay for a long time if you don't need a computer room. Unfortunately the fire alarm kept going off, and I needed a computer room to fill out my FEMA, because I'm not made of money. The breakfast is a pop up breakfast? Idk for the same price I could've been getting a breakfast somewhere else. The bed was kinda hard, but the best part of the trip were the front desk workers. If not for them, it would've been horrible.

Terrible stay at this place

Pros: Nothing
Cons: One of the cleaning lady yelled at my wife's face. Customer service and cleanliness
Location: It's close to Galleria but I made a mistake about staying here. This place is dump and the hotel staff is very rude.
I am glad it was for only two nights. I was going to change it to other hotel. Please dont waste your money and time. They are showing different things on web than it actually is when u get there.
