THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL IN THE GALLARIA AREA.

FILTHY STINKY REPULSIVE HOTEL I used this hotel as an inexpensive solution for extremely early flight I checked in at 6pm and my flight was for 4am. My bad. - Room RAUNCHES of mothballs, it is so strong it made my suitcase smell and I only stayed one night. - Filthy!! Not just dirty. Kitchenette cupboards are covered in food stains and splashes that have not been cleaned for a very long time you can tell. - Fridge FILTHY the sight of various food splashed up and down plus food crumbs everywhere if you are feeling hungry the thought of eating anything out of that fridge takes away your appetite completely. - Bath tub has a huge hole in it... Yup a HOLE!! All the plastic is torn up and so I will be showering with flip flops cause Lord only knows what is growing in there. - Side table has the remains of what was a nail glue bottle still stuck to it. - Lamp shades are stained and covered in stains and dust. - Wifi is whack, kicks you off every 2 mins. **I realize it is a cheap hotel, but I have NEVER been more disgusted!! I plan on taking pictures and sending them to the manager and the hotels corporate office.**

Standard hotel

Check in was good, room was clean. Bed was hard, and I had a leaky bathtub faucet I could not get to stop dripping.No plastic ware or dishes for food, even though there is a full kitchen with microwave and stove.

Disgusting

This hotel was disgusting. The floors in the "kitchen" were sticky, the comforter had stains on it, the "kitchen" was hardly functionable, and our room didn't get cleaned at ALL during our 3 night stay. The breakfast included was lukewarm coffee and a packet of dry oatmeal. I asked the front desk lady what the cancellation policy was. She was doing something on the computer, and without even looking up, she just said "I don't know, sorry".......I asked if she knew how to find out and she said she would have to call the manager like it was a bother. Never heard back. We stuck out our stay here because I didn't want to get charged for leaving early. It's one of those hotels that will slap a fee on any and everything they can to make extra money. If you are in town a couple days for business and you aren't spending much time in your room, it could be worth it, otherwise don't waste your time and pay the few extra bucks for somewhere clean and comfortable.

Not up to Holiday Inn standards

This extended stay hotel room had no dishes, cooking equipment or even a microwave in the kitchenette. The ac had to be turned off and then back on three times during the night because it stopped cooling the room. I know it is November but it is still almost 90 degrees in Houston. The curtains on the window were coming off track and did not close completely.

Quick trip to Houston

Pros: Location and bedding
Cons: small maintenance issues and better breakfast bar
Location: Huge shopping area at the Galleria and close to all the foreign consulates.
Hotel is close to the Galleria area, definitely walking distance. Check in personnel very friendly, couldn't answer a few billing issues though. Room AC not working, no microwave, shower dripping constantly. But, nice bedding both mattress and blankets. Continental breakfast in these places is a joke, they need to say it is coffee and packaged bars and that is it. The cost was higher then I expect for what you get.

Not a nice hotel but its well located. I was there two nights and the house keeping did not even clean nor organized my room. Lobby had a really bad smell.

Convenient but dirty and dingey

Location: Near Galleria and conference hotels
Had to switch rooms due to poor working condition of AC and of bathroom. Internet upgrade unsatisfactory. Bed and linens were not comporatble

Place where party people stay.

The hotel was understaffed and the bathroom had the bathtub cover breaking away. Their we're Burns stains in the kitchen and the dressers and dried on food and glue on them. The hotel itself is in a great location but gets the party crowd needing somewhere to stay to be close to parties. We had fights, loud music, rude guest, mad overnight desk worker, and people using their cars to block the entrance. Not worth the price.
