Not the kind of hilton I was used to

Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping around
The staff at the front desk was not friendly or accommodating. Paid a room with breakfast included and no one in the hotel seemed to be aware of it. So they wanted to charge us for breakfast every day. I did not accrue points for this stay because I booked through expedia. I thought expedia should have warned me about it. The hotel is very outdated.

Terrible service. Everybsingle staff member and employee are from a different country and they bearly speak english. They seem like they are in some sort of training. Exprnsive valet parking. $30 overnight.

Horrible Staff

Pros: Location is the only thing going for it.
Cons: Train the staff or find new staff
The most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. Rude, uncaring, playing on their cell phone and genuine disinterest. The manager is extremely unprofessional.

Very nice hotel nit good maid service

Nice rooms spacious but maid left us with empty roll of toilet paper and second one almost empty and no spare roll and did not bring fresh towels for the ones left on floor or pick up trash just made beds...
