The hotel is located a short walk away from The Houston Galleria shopping center and many restaurants. The hotel has gated parking, the room has always been spotless every time I have stayed here and the hotels team/staff are amazing! TT

I travel to Houston frequently and always stay at this hotel. The rooms are always spotless and the hotel manager and Michele are always a pleasure to see as is the rest of the team! I definitely recommend this hotel if you travel to Houston as it is clean, walking distance from everything, is gated with security on property and has an amazing team in place! Travis

The staff at the check-in desk were wonderful. The room itself was clean but the wallpaper was falling off and it was very aged. The people we were staying with didn't have their room cleaned for 5 days. Their room had ants and at check out, they had still not had their room serviced one time resulting in ants and use of the same towels. Unfortunately, that made our stay a little less attractive.

Breakfast was good, I wasn’t able to figure out how to get the shower to not be on bullet mode- I think it may have been broken. The front gates were very loud when opening and closing.

The receptionist deserves a raise!

A dated property, but the location can’t be beat and the suites are perfectly fine, especially for the budget conscious. Comfortable beds, clean, secure parking (included - but check as that could change), and a great breakfast. Positives far outweigh the fact the property is older. Great staff, and galleria location can’t be beat!

When you first walk in, it LOOKS clean but after waking around and sitting down and stuff I started to notice a lot of things that were not clean like the remotes and chairs and some guck on it and was nasty looking, not sanitary at all. I don’t know if the house keeper felt that no one wouldn’t notice but I did. Please do better at cleaning the rooms throughly. Other than that everything is was good. The sheets were clean. Very nice lay out, the staff at front desk were very inviting upon arrival. Pool area is nice.

the elevators never worked during our 5 day stay. We had to use the stairs every time. Our card keys had to be replaced 3 times, causing us to walk back to the reception for the exchange. In the end we were suprised with a $16/day parking fee that was not disclosed at check-in time. I will never come back!

The property needs an immediate upgrade, the gym has 1 filthy yoga mat and no defibrillator. The cleaning lady didn't close my door properly, when I complained about it, the man behind the desk laughed about it, and said he'll speak to her about it, somehow I missed the funny part about my room door being open for hours.The breakfast was good but repetitive, the pool was small but nice with bbq grill.

Good, no frills property. It offers clean rooms with everything you need to be comfortable. Friendly staff and free breakfast with ample options to get your day started. Definitely an old property without luxuries. But a good option for a fair price. If you need a clean place to rest, just keep in mind, there are people here who stay for long periods of time.

Nice and clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I would give it 5 stars but the only thing was that the air con was loud but it’s been like that everywhere I stay here in Houston. So you have this buzzing in your room constantly. When you turn it off for some quiet time it gets hot quickly. But all else was fine. Close to shops.

Horrible front desk night woman
Front desk decided to hire a gettho woman that actually insulted my wife for not understanding her English!!! She proceeded to raise her voice and in a condescending way, because my wife is Eastern European... Will definitely talk to management about her
