Nice hotel, staff very friendly and near Galeria

Pros: The service and location very near to Galeria Mall
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants and the área
We were very well atended on the concierge lobby at floor 23, where we had breakfast and some snacks on several evenings. The concierge Jose Barahona on 1st floor, gave us a very special service with a lost package coming through UPS and he took care of it resending it to our home in Peru

The room was ok....the view was nice. Not sure that it was worth all the money tho. The host at the restaurant was a little rude, the restaurant staff was a little slow during the breakfast time. Overall, ok service.

Nice hotel and convenient location

Our choice was nice. We had a comfortable stay. Staff was so nice. Self Parking was very convenient too.

Everything was great from the moment we walked in! They even have a free shuttle that will take you back and forth to the galleria. Wonderful!

Quick trip to Houston

Pros: close to my event & easy parking.
Location: The hotel recommended Adair's for breakfast - close to hotel and great food.
Checked in late (after 11;30), staff was friendly and welcoming. Had a quick bite & glass of wine at the bar. Food was good for being almost midnight.

excellent hotel close to Galleria

excellent hotel close to Galleria shopping, room very clean with Italian bath products, staff was professional and helpful, Eveline in particular helped me to arrange a lack check out as my flight was leaving in the evening, I used Galleria Daily Grill, Chic-Fil-A and Starbucks for food and the hotel snack bar for bottled water and snacks. Concierge provided me with a free bottle of water when I was looking for vending machine. Room was clean, quiet and with a nice view. Air conditioning worked very well and quality of air in room was great, bedding very comfortable. Felt safe walking to Galleria during the day.

Nice location - separate cost for parking!

We arrived around 7 pm. Good location close to ours appointments for the day after. We were welcome from the concierge and we received our keys. The bar was set for few customers. Nice atmosphere. But the private parking overnight was 22$! For me insane. Comfortable room at 15th but too much noise from the highway. We ordered for the next morning through the room service one breakfast to go for 7 am. At 6:40 they called us because they weren’t sure if they needed to charge for one or two deliveries. We had clearly write one and we received the breakfast on a tray! At least the food was good.

Rock hard bed & lights you can't control

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was so hard that it was impossible to sleep. The room is lit up at night. Lots of light comes through curtains. Lights on floor that come on automatically when someone gets up to go to the bathroom at night. Might be a positive feature (safety) for some. Positives? Some might really enjoy the lively bar in the lobby. This was a Thursday night at 10:00pm. I don't usually write negative reviews, but good sleep is the most important factor when I look for a hotel. If we were staying a second night, I'd try requesting a mattress topper.
