"Looked at some other places before I ended up booking this one but glad I did spacious room and the included private kitchenette was a plus. Did not need that but it was cool it was there. Bed was fairly comfortable And the drive down from the hotel into the city was amazing also plus plenty of parking. The towel warmer got the towels. Extremely warm, almost too much and also heated up the room. I just left the bathroom door closed and it kept it nice and toasty in there. I couldn't quite find a way how to lower down but I'm pretty sure if I contacted them and they reached out to me through WhatsApp a couple times during the stay to check in and make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend it and would go back. Hopefully I wouldn't need to and I can get a place there but if not or in the time being I would look at coming back. I see that they're doing renovation. I'm excited to see what more they have to offer"

"The stay is very pleasant in this hearty hotel. It is located conveniently next to the ferry pier. My room is spacious and on the top floor with a balcony facing the lake. The view is just unbeatable. The amenities provided in the room are in high quality. A nice breakfast is included."

"Property was undergoing renovation, therefore its was messy, a bit more of country living. Beds were hard and pillows were too flat. We could use a few more pillows. The staff were nice, but they’re not around after 6pm. So if you need anything you need to ask before that. The cafe next to the accommodation is really good. And the breakfast was awesome. So my reviews are mixed.. "

"Situated on Lake Hallstatt with great views of the lake and surround area. Has great access to all transportation to Hallstatt, being right next to to dock and bus station and a scenic 3 mile walk around the lake. This hotel is located next to the Obertraun train station. More calm and less hectic than Hallstatt itself, which is great as Hallstatt is just a quick boat or bus ride away. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and a great perk with the balcony. The lakeside patio was an amazing addition to this hotel. Only lower than 5 star rating was the surrounding area which had limited food options...but again, worth is since the area was less crazy with tourists and Hallstatt is easy to get to. Lastly, the price of this place for being right on the lake is unbeatable. Will be staying here again."

THe room was a bit cold, but i realize it was first week of cool weather, and maybe furnace wasn't at full steam yet. But the staff was friendly, the town is very picturesque, i would surely go back to this place."
