"We had a lovely stay at The Hoxton. Beautifully furnished throughout, with an amazing bathroom and fab courtyard area for drinks. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very welcoming. The location is slightly out of the main town but means it’s nice and quiet and there are a few cafes around that feel very local and authentic. We’d definitely stay here again if we returned to Florence! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Spadai in Florence. The location is perfect—just steps from the Duomo, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were exceptional warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. If you’re visiting Florence, I would highly recommend Hotel Spadai. We would definitely stay here again! We booked the smallest room with no breakfast. The room size is very generous!!"

"Location!! We took trains almost every day and this hotel is right across the street from the station. There was no noise from the trains or busy street while trying to sleep. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good every day. Hotel is clean and always felt safe late at night. Walkable to tourist spots and Oltrarno. It was a perfect choice for us! "

"The staff really made the difference. It was our son’s birthday during our stay. We didn’t tell them but I guess they saw it on his passport when we checked in.
