The customer service is horrible and the fact that they wanted $100 deposit for one night stay, and it had to be cash. No Card. This was very inconvenient. So, if you stay here do not expect friendly service and make sure you have $100 CASH.

The facility requires a $100 deposit payable only in cash. I didn’t have the cash.
This is by far the worse hotel you can stay in the world! I didn’t even get the chance to make it to the room before experiencing the worse experience I can ever had.
The room smelled dirty, there was no hair dryer, there was hair on the bathroom floor. Even though we paid for the room with a credit card the clerk wanted a $100 cash deposit and wouldn’t give me a receipt for it.

I didn’t know I had to do a cash deposit of $100.
I was really tired and just wanted to to go bed . But no I have to get back in my car a drive to an atm
place has poor customer service
I tried to book a room for somebody and the name was different because I did the booking and put my information. I forgot to put in the other person’s information. the person checking in was not able to check in and they wouldn’t allow them to check in even though I gave them the itinerary information reservation code.
Avoid this Place at all cost they refused to give me back a refund even though I never step foot into a room
should really change their reservation information to add the guest name information as well because they only asked for the credit card holders information.
it is also a good idea to have the person reserving the room actually reserve the room I am sure I’m not the only one to make this mistake
place was dirty!! cable not working!! they wont change the bed like they do at other hotels in a daily basis!!! i will never ever stay in this propertys!!!
At my arrival, they did ask for a 100$ cash deposit.
I was not informed of that.
I reserved a non smoking room. It did smell cigarette and humidity big time. Discsusting!

Very tide staff. They demand cash $100 as incidentals. Who carries with cash these days? Furthermore, the atm machines nearby were not working. I wasn’t able to check in. They didn’t refund the $300 they charged for the room. Very pathetic!! Unfortunately, expedia also didnt refund the money as hotel refused the refund

Manager was very rude and did not give the family we were traveling with and who made the reservation, a room to stay in although it was already booked with Expedia.
This is a cheap motel. It was not quiet. There was noise and stomping around all night from the floor above. The AC was very humid and the room smelled funky. The pillows were flat and totally uncomfortable. The room was listed as a three-person, but there was only one bed in there and no sofa or anything.
I had a horrible experience the lady that checked us in was very rude made me pay 200 dollar deposit then says i was smoking which i dont smoke an kept 60 dollars of that money i will never go here again its a racket
This is a poor place, similar at road motel, we pay $185 and $100 cash for security, is old , dirty , insecure, the manager is a angry woman , impolite.
Overly expensive for the stay, not to mention they said they only had one room left, and I was the ONLY parked car. Made me put down a security deposit in cash only
I spent one night in this hotel from hell! Front desk is extremely rude and dismissive. I requested a later check-in due to being stuck-in traffic and was told “if I don’t check in by 3, my reservations would be cancelled”. My reservation was for two queen beds, I got two full beds. They demanded $100 cash deposit for the room. Then they demanded an additional $50 for another kid coming with us. They said if I didn’t pay, they will call the cops for trespassing. Refused to refund my money to find another hotel. The bottom sheet is only a flat sheet, burn holes in the mattress protector. Pillows are flat and hard as a rock. The sink has mold in the corners. Stamp bags are in the parking lot and reeks of weed.
The owner watches the VIDEO CAMERAS and will call.
DO NOT STAY HERE!
