Great staffPosted Aug 4, 2015
The staff at this hotel are very courteous and helpfull. The hotel is ideally situated just off the I-40 and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very well prepared and the dining facilities pleasant.

Not far From Historic Downtown GallupPosted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: The staff made us feel welcome and they were very nice to work with.
Location: The hotel is just a few miles from historic downtown Gallup which has some great restaurants.
A reasonable place to stay in Gallup. Room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast was OK.

gave away my resPosted Jul 22, 2015
I came in to register at the hotel around 12:30 am Monday night. The service desk attendant told me I didn't have a room registered. After trying to explain That I did to no avail I left and had to find another hotel to stay in. I called the next day and talked to another service desk attendant and found out that I did have a reservation and that a so-called Jeff Groves took the room at around 7:30 pm Monday night. I explained to her that that was impossible since I was north of Phoenix Arizona at that time.

The hotel was easy to find off of I40 and convenient to the downtown area. It was also comfortable at a good price.

Enjoyed it very much. A little pricey considering it is Gallup... But comfortable, clean and convenient.

Nice hotel but Gallup appears to be a major railway facility. There were train horns all night. Not the fault of the hotel but I would recommend staying in another town.

Very comfortable and clean but eat elsewherePosted Jun 24, 2015 on Hotels
Very friendly and comfortable hotel but go elsewhere for breakfast. I arrived late and the staff allowed me to stay in the hot tub 20 minutes after the posted hours. Very comfortable bed and spacious clean room. But I don't get excited about coffee in small styrofoam cups or Costco muffins all served in a breakfast area with maybe 12 seats in a hotel with 100 rooms or so. But don't let that put you off staying here. You can get food very nearby and the comfort of the rooms is way more important.
