Dirty. Don't stay here.

Dirty. Clerk made an excuse that they tried to clean the heater/AC unit, but they could have done much better. See photo. Tub was dirty. Towels were threadbare and reeked of cigarette smoke...in a non-smoking room. No excuse.

the staff was OK however we had problems with our card for opening doors. In the morning there was not enough food, we had to ask for more bread, milk and others, and in the end we saw that there were not enough tables - only 2 and they were filled, and thus had to have our breakfast in the room. Not too comfortable

Wasn't what expected

Check in time was @ 3:00 and room wasn't ready till 3:30. Breakfast no eeds a little more improvement. No coffee machine in room

Was quite and clean. Had a restful night. I would recomend this hotel to friends if staying in Gallup. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Waffles for breakfast - yeah!!

The hotel was a little dingy and had mildew in the bathroom in our room, however there were no bed bugs. They had a nice breakfast that included waffles so that was a win. We weren't looking for anything fancy, just inexpensive, and it fit the bill.
