Neither Good not Bad

This is your standard hotel. Nothing too flashy, but it gets the job done. Room was clean. The free "continental breakfast" was a little lacking, but hey, it's free after all.

When I was trying to check in, the system the front desk uses to manage check ins and check outs was down, and none of the employees on duty seemed to be prepared to troubleshoot it. There was another guest in front of me waiting to check in, and it took nearly 15 minutes for a hotel employee to even acknowledge me or explain the situation--I thought I had stumbled into some kind of performance art at first. The hotel staff was not very apologetic about the wait and overall seemed fairly unprepared to handle any hiccups in their electronic system and had no backup or contingency method for checking people in should the one computer have problems. When I finally did check in, the employees didn't know where my room was, and I actually found it on the hotel map before they did. After driving for nine hours, the last thing I wanted to do was wait another hour before getting access to my room. My room was essentially what I had expected, and had a comfortable enough bed and a clean bathroom. I just wish the staff had even a veneer of competence.

Skip this hotel!

The hotel is falling apart, no care put into up keep or maintenance. The sink was missing the plug. The toilet seat had cigarette burns on it even though it was a "non-smoking" room. Both of these items can be replaced at a minimal cost to the hotel. The hinges on the outside doors didn't work and you had to physically pull the door closed which is difficult when hauling luggage around, not to mention a safety concern. When other people mention that breakfast is "light" they aren't kidding, I am not a breakfast person and it was still disappointing. Went to get a cup of coffee at 8:30, there wasn't any. When we asked the front desk they did not appear surprised nor did they offer to brew more...seriously you can't even provide COFFEE!? and forget about real milk or cream you get the powdered stuff here...not that it matters because they can't be bothered to even supply the coffee. Overall very disappointing...should've paid the extra $20 for a better hotel but we were exhausted and needed to sleep after 15 hours on the road.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. Just needed a couple hours of sleep...worked just fine. Got non-smoking room...but smoking room was right next door...did no one tell them smoke travels? Thin...thin walls...guy next room over had chest cold and coughed all night...or just a smokers cough... Free breakfast was very basic. Cereal/oatmeal/waffle maker/coffee & yogart

Was not impressed by the run down outdated EVERYTHING! I don't think the maids move any furniture to vacuum. There was so much dust around the corners and behind the furniture it was disgusting. The lighting in the room was subpar, but probably so no one can really see what a horrible cleaning job there. Both comforters on the beds had stains on them that I did not even want to set my suitcase on the bed.
