our brief visit in gallup was non stressful, booking, checking in and out was easy, staff was friendly, breakfast bar had more food than i expected, green chili’s were a bonus.

We found the conditions at quality Inn in Gallup to be old. Also, very noisy with truck noise from outside. There was construction going on first thing in the morning literally right outside our door.

This property is in a convenient location for travelers with lots of fast dining options nearby. However, my room was not very clean (food crumbs in between chair cushions), and noisy (I could hear the conversation between people in the adjoining room).

Staff are fine. They're just late opening doors to the facility. Our room was ok. 2nd week with the same room #. The shower drain still hasn't been fix. The tub fills up with lots of water, while taking a shower.

My handicap room we requested did not have a rolling shower. It was a shower chair and a tub. I wasn't looking forward to sering that. The picture and brochure stated it would be a rolling handicap shower. Our lamp shade was missing a shade. The pool hour states it opens at 7am. But it is not accurate. The sign says 8am when you get here. My sons were disappointed. 2 of our main reasons for getting this room was a handicap rolling chair shower and a 7am pool time. None were accountable. Although we had a nice rest. Breakfast was decent.

Front desk lost my reservation. After three hours of settling into my room they again called and moved me to another room. After a long day, it not pleasant to have front desk continuously calling for information and having me go to the lobby multiple times. Room walls are thin and top bedding blankets are not clean.

Clean and comfortable. The only complaint, which is not their fault, was the instrumental music blaring in the parking lot between them and Home Depot. Heard it all night long. I would not recommend a room facing Home Depot. We were there the end of January and have no idea why music would be playing that loud at night.

Room 205 has a bed that collapses and the mattress is slanted. Perhaps needs replacing. The chair next to the bed that is for sitting is dirty. I am not sure what the loud noise or tapping was in our room many times during the night. A boiler? A furnace ? Hot water heater? One of the reasons we picked QI was for the hot tub. It would be nice if on the website it tells you that the rooms are not combined together inside a building. We were not interested at 8pm in checking in our room then putting on swimsuits and going outside plus use our key to enter the pool room. We paid $100 for one night including tax. It wasn’t worth that price.

There is homeless people wondering all over the parking lot, had people on the second floor screaming throughout the night, the door was pretty hard to open and dragged the floor, the place needs updated, it just felt dirty! The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing and she definitely gets a 10!

Yoni, the desk person put us in the farthest away room which was for handicap people. We had not requested a handicap room. We asked to be put in a room closer to the facilities and were told we paid through a third party and got what we paid for. Very rude. Would not recommend this hotel. We checked out without spending the nightroo.room

Perfect place to stopover on any trip going by. Clean and had everything we needed. Indoor pool and spa were very clean. Breakfast was a little skimpy but had all the essentials. Walmart, Home Depot and Hobby Lobby right next door! Pet friendly but it’s an additional 35$. Would stay again Would
