For the price, the place was okay. However, there were some issues: 1) The room key kept malfunctioning. 2) The AC units were very old fashioned and it was very loud. 3) the breakfast provided was very basic - no protein options. But, despite these the con factors, for the price and the stay, it was okay.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at so far on the seawall when driving in for a cruise. The room was huge and spacious enough to accommodate our whole family and was very affordable. I have a new place to stay when I come each time, please don’t change. Breakfast was good too.

Staff were nice and helpful. Place is pretty good a little outdated but very clean. We had a wonderful time and stay. Parking is easy and convenient elevators and stairs in each corner to get to floors quicker without the long walk.

Some of the furniture was a little beat up. The entrance from the pool was next to the elevator, it had no rugs and the floor was very slippery when wet. The under hotel parking area was dirty and had plumbing leaks dripping down from the ceiling.

Website said there were rollaway beds available, there was not. The staff said to sleep on the tile floor and gave us 1 blanket. When I asked for another they said they can’t give it to us because it’s their last one and someone else might need it. Over priced and dirty. Do not recommend.

We booked a double king multiple bed room and were assigned a double queen. This would not work for our group. After speaking with the front desk. The ladies up front called the owner and assigned us to a family suite. This helps and I hope we do not see a change in price verses what we paid online. We really have no other option due to our groups unique situation. But the front desk was very understanding and did everything possible to accommodate us even though the room we purchased was overbooked. So far our stay has been pleasant and the room change has been great. Check out will be the real check of everything. The hotel has been renovated and the pool and hot tub have been great.
