Upon checking into our room there were Sheetrock nails, Sheetrock dust and just unsafe conditions in the room. Went to the front desk and was given a different room which was dusty but a little better. Latch on door did not stay locked when pulling door open Hallway had a wet carpet odor to it. Was not what I had expected for 200 a night

We enjoyed the most all about the hotel and location and would stay there again. The only thing that bothered us was the bathroom door was glass and positioned right in front of the beds. Though it had an white glazing on it, if someone turned on the light in the middle of the night, it lit up the whole suite waking us up - maybe a darker screen would help.

They are remodeling and it is not being done professionally.the room was dirty with visible dirty palm prints on walls. The tub was wired no flat bottom to stand on and was unsafe. Toilet was loss when you sat down. When asked house keepers for one extra towel she said no had to go to front office. When checking out could not get a receipt.

The outside and hall were filthy. Room appeared clean although things were torn up. The deal breaker for us was no phone in the room and no WiFi. The area seemed unsafe. We didn’t stay. We left.

I would like to say that this hotel should be an embarrassment to the Comfort Inn and Suites hotel chain. The hotel was filthy from the hotel lobby to the rooms and even to the underground parking garage. We stayed on the second floor for 2 nights and there was banging and sounds of furniture moving until midnight both nights on the floor above us.the room itself had a lamp that did not work as well as half the light bulbs were not working some of the fixtures had no working sockets. The whole room itself had the baseboards removed with no attempt to replace them. The room and bathroom were both dirty with stains and dust everywhere. Not sure where the quality control checks came into play but they won’t get my business at that location again. Also there was a big language barrier when staff was asked some basic questions about the hotel.

Property is under reconstruction, rooms had a musky smell. Paint drippings all over floor. Elevator is not working on 3rd floor, can go up but not down. Carpets needs cleaning in halls.

Good location, convenient and free parking, older building, maintenance problems, needs updating, painters working during breakfast the full four days of our stay and still not finished in that room, patio doors easy to open when locked, bathroom sink drained very slowly and left a dirty scum. Would not stay at this hotel again.

It would have been nice before we booked that the property was under renovation and understaffed. In general property not taken care of. Even underground parking dirty and waste cans overflowing. We did not have a shower curtain or towel rack. Toilet paper was stuffed in holes where towel rack was. Would not recommend,

Everything there was filthy. And when i say EVERYTHING i do mean EVERYTHING. FROM THE CARPETS IN THE HALL THAT SMELLED OF MOLD. TO THE SHOWERS THE ROOM WALLS, lamps the headboards, the faucets the curtains the shower curtains the bed frames. THE MINI FRIDGE WAS FULL OF MOLD And the damn tv was stuck on FOX NEWS. i asked for a different room and was denied. THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED IS BECAUSE WE CHECKED IN SO LATE WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEEK ACCOMMODATIONS ELSE WHERE.

It is a convenient location but the staff was very rude. There is no shuttle to the port, but you can park for free (uncovered) or $25 for covered. Room was not very clean, but it was okay for one night.

There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. The main elevator didnt work. Hot tub was colder than the pool. Rooms had odors of must or fresh paint can. Tile floor in the bathrooms wrer not secured and broken mold on the pictures hanging on the wall. The first time i stayed a year ago and it wasnt this bad. When i come back next year you can GUARANTEE i will NOT stay here again.

The hotel was under renovation. My room phone didn’t work. The parking lot had Alcatraz spotlights for parking lot lights and there is no way you can sit on the balcony at night and enjoy the beach.

This stay was horrible! Bugs in our room. Cracked tiles just laying on the bathroom floor. Rude front evening staff. They were drilling or hammering in the room next to us.

Great place except breakfast it was nasty. The waffle mix tasted really old like gone bad old. We was the only one to use the pool and hot tub the days we stayed. It would of been super nice if all the windows was open and it was cold outside with the wind blowing like crazy. Loved the fact that all the rooms had its own balcony. Hreat location by the beach and restaurants.

The night host was just unpleasant and did not have customer service skills. When we checked in he was sitting on a stool and on his phone. I had to ask him about the times for breakfast. He needs to be retrained in customer satisfaction.

This hotel is about as bare minimum as you can get without being completely unacceptable. The carpet in the hall way is warped and coming up, the air unit in the rooms barely worked, the tile in the bathroom was cracked and uneven. Nothing was shared as far as the wi-fi info, and when I called the office, the person wasn't very friendly about it, even though he should have done his job at check-in. At least the breakfast was relatively decent. Would definitely not stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing change of ownership and will be renovated next month. What I heard the renovation will take the whole off season. That's how some of the employees behaved and the condition of the hotel is in.

There was a leak coming from the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. Water was Covering the floor. I spoke to someone. They said come back at 7:30 to talk to someone else. At 7:30 I spoke to the next person and they said they could move me but I was already going to check out. They told me to come back and speak to the manager but he never showed. Coffee was cold etc. I would stay there again if they did something about their customer service. I was too tired to make a big thing about it. I just hope they improve their standards.

We were told that we could check in at 3:30. Like the other familiies that I had shown up. Then told not til 4. The lobby had no a/c. It was hot it smelled and the lobby was full of families waiting in the lobby to check in. I will not ever waste my money to stay here again. the staff was never seen. the coffee in the morning was cold, the sausge was raw. They would not allow us to use the lobby restroom due to not having a key card, even though they knew we had reservations and was waiting to check in.

Staff were rude. Dingy common area, pool area was disgusting. Way over priced for a 1 star hotel. So many nicer hotels right next door. Do Not stay here. $39 a night is to much for this dump.
