Recommend staff- improve hospitality. No one at desk most times, they sit to side behind wall. Not greet guest, or even attempt to get up out of chair during the coming or goings of guest.
Room/ take efforts to clean vents, windows, dust appliances, lamps, furniture.
Recommend post sign guests be quiet, allot slamming of heavy doors. Noise loud. Stayed second floor, people above constantly dropping stuff. Surrounding rooms here allot talking, throughout day-night. understand can not control people, encouragement can be advised to consider others during their stay. Common courtesy
