Very disappointed. The pictures are deceiving the hotel, pool and rooms look nothing like they do in the pictures. The staff was very helpful and the location was great, that’s the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The pull out couch was so old and stained the mattress same old stained and all you could feel were the springs some even sticking out. The carpet was so stained and dirty. Coffee pot had no pot. Phone didn’t work only one remote for 2 TVs and batteries were dead. Lamps without bulbs. Highly overpriced and they charge you an extra $75 not sure for what no receipt although they promised to email. Paid over $300 for one night should’ve been in my opinion after all the at most $115. Won’t stay there again and don’t recommend it.

Check-in was delayed due to computers being down. Couldn’t check-in til after 5 pm. Pool needed a good cleaning, so we didn’t swim. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, staff was accommodating and breakfast was a nice perk.

Room was in bad shape. Stuffing coming out of ottoman. Main chair was threadbare. 2 out of 3 lamps didn’t work, shade over window was off, 2 lampshades were beginning to shred, BIG rust spot behind toilet. Used to come here quite often. Staff was great. Room was clean.

The location was great but rooms need some updating for sure. Hair dryer wasn’t working and it took them thill the end of the stay to give us a new one. They gave us 2 towels for 6 people. Rooms need a good deep cleaning. Staff was cranky!

The front desk was rude, room smelled bad and they didnt offer breakfast as advertised.
