Nice location near the beach n pier

The staff was friendly and helpful. They informed me that i could park there during my cruise and they would transport me to the cruise terminal, and pick me up at the end of the cruise. This should be noted in the advertisement.

Shuttle was not in use

Pros: Our clerk when we arrived was very helpful
Cons: Too much.
Location: Very good location
Took 3 tries to get a room we could unlock. The shuttle to the port was not in use. At the last minute we had to use a taxi to the port and to get back to the hotel for our vehicle. Very disappointing

Nothing worked. Work out equipment, pool, dryer all did not function. No fresh fruit as an option for breakfast.

I’m very despondent. From what I seen Cleanness was very bad in side room Can’t even wailk bear feet Staff not professional and rude I walk in and I walk out Ask the staff to give me refund she reply That I don’t have no business with Holt I need to call Expedia

Older rooms previous tenants had smoked in the room. Beds are older and a little hard. It wasn’t a bad stay but not the most comfortable either. Great balcony view of pleasure pier. There are a few little bars close by if nightlife is your thing.

Close to wedding renue

Pool was not functioning nor spa. Printer not working to print flight passes. Not enough pillows on bed and too flat for comfort. Tiolet seat was too small for the unit and kept slipping off. No yogurt or fresh fruit served at breakfast. Staff was very courteous which was a plus.

Booked for the pool and it was not operational

I booked this hotel strictly for the fact that it had an indoor pool. I have 3 children and that was the main thing that attracted me to this hotel. We arrived and at check in I asked about the pool. I was told it was not in operation. I explained that that was the reason I booked the hotel. I asked to speak to a manager that I wanted a discount on the room because I could have booked a room for half this cost at another hotel with no pool. I was told the manager wasn't available and the clerk could not authorize a discount. I asked her to call the manager. The manager could only offer a room upgrade, which amounted to a couch and an extra tv. I was not happy with this but had no other option. The clerk said the pool had just went out 2 days before, but when we looked at the pool it was completely empty and their was rebarb sticking out of it, it was obvious the pool had not been operational in sometime, yet they are still advertising it online. The rooms were pretty clean but the comforter had a tear in it and the tv remotes were not working. The door to the balcony would also not shut properly and would not lock at all. My husband went down to use the fitness room and half of the machines were broken. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again. The only thing this hotel has going for them is the location is convenient to the boardwalk.

There was a plumbing Pipe that busted in the pool and for that reason, the pool had to be closed for repairs. The pool is entirely functional now. Good location BUT...

I would have given this hotel a better rating BUT my very first impression was disappointing. I booked this room with Expedia under the pay later which means when I arrive. I was charged for the room the morning of without any knowledge. When I called that afternoon to let them know I would be doing a late check in the lady on the phone said my room had been cancelled because the card didn't clear and they were booked since it was Spring Break. I advised her I did a pay later and would be using a different card when I arrived. She said it was cancelled and they didn't have a way of contacting me even though I've done a lot of business through Expedia and that had never happened. As we were on the phone I was looking for another room but everyone was booked for the night. After going back and fourth with her basically being rude and unapologetic she finally said let me check other rooms cards. She comes back and says ok I have one I cancelled because of their card too. I got my room but if someone else had this issue due to her doing this to me and no telling who else. I hope they didn't show up and not get a room. The hotel itself was good. Location good. Breakfast fulfilling but due to that issue from the start I am not satisfied and rate them disappointing for a pay later. The pool was ok but opened at 4pm on Spring Break. The gym room was below average as the only machine that worked was 1 treadmill. All other equipments were broken.
